Last night President Obama hosted a traditional Seder dinner in the Old Family Dining Room of the White House for a few friends, White House employees and their families. The Passover Sedar is traditionally held on the first or second night of Passover -- the holiday commemorating the Jewish exodus from Egypt after 400 years of slavery. White House aides said they believe it was the first president-hosted Seder at the White House.

A Seder at the White House
